Our cattery operates out of our home in Greeley, Nebraska, where we strive to raise exceptional Ragdoll cats and kittens who embody beauty, health, and the breed’s signature loving temperament. Our cats and kittens roam freely in our home, growing up alongside our children and loyal German Shepherd, KC. We are committed to providing a safe, ethical, and enriching environment, creating lifelong connections by matching each kitten with a loving family where they will bring joy, companionship, and unconditional love for years to come.

Quick Overview

This is a summary of our pet quality purchase agreement. Families sign the full agreement before taking a kitten home.

✨ Pet-Only Kittens

All kittens are sold as pets only (no breeding or showing rights).
Registration papers from TICA reflect this.
As of May 1, 2025, TICA recognizes Cherubim as a sister breed to Ragdolls. Papers may list “Cherubim,” but your kitten is still part of the Ragdoll breed group with the same affectionate temperament.

🐾 Breeding Rights

Breeding rights are only sold to TICA-registered catteries with prior approval.
Most families adopt kittens as loving companions only.

🐱 Spay, Neuter & Microchip

Every kitten goes home spayed/neutered, unless breeding rights are purchased.
Each kitten is microchipped. Buyers must register their contact info with the chip company.
Even after sterilization, some cats may still display behaviors like spraying or marking.

❤️ Health Guarantee

Your kitten is guaranteed healthy for the first 72 hours after leaving our cattery. Please have your vet check them during this time.
We provide a 3-year guarantee against life-threatening congenital or genetic defects.
If such a condition is confirmed, we will provide a replacement kitten of equal quality.
Refunds are not given; replacement is the only remedy.

💉 Vaccinations

Kittens go home with age-appropriate vaccinations, including a minimum of 2 FVRCP vaccines.
Buyers agree to keep vaccinations up-to-date with veterinary guidance.
Guarantee is void if:
- The kitten is vaccinated for FeLV, or
- Rabies and FVRCP are given at the same time (this increases the risk of adverse reactions).

🧬 Genetics & Testing

All breeding cats are DNA tested through Wisdom Panel for 45+ conditions, including HCM and PKD (all negative).
All breeders are FELV/FIV negative through licensed veterinarians.
Kittens are assumed clear through parental testing, though no test can eliminate risk completely.

🚫 Not Covered by the Guarantee

Some conditions are outside of anyone’s control and are not guaranteed, including:

FIP (from feline coronavirus mutation).
Parasites (worms, giardia, coccidia). Kittens are dewormed, but parasites may reappear under stress.
Bacterial or viral infections such as colds or conjunctivitis, which can occur during transitions.

We take every precaution for healthy kittens, but once they leave us, stress and exposure are beyond our control.

🏡 Housing & Care

Kittens must be kept indoors only. Outdoor exposure voids the guarantee.
Buyers must provide proper food, fresh water, clean litter, and safe housing.
If you cannot keep your kitten, you must contact us first. We will help rehome them.

⚖️ Communication & Legal

Families agree to contact us first if issues arise, before making public complaints.
Our goal is to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

💵 Pricing & Payments

Purchase Price: $2,000 + Nebraska sales tax (currently 5.5%) and applicable transaction fees.
Non-refundable deposit:
- $500 (Cash/Zelle)
- $510 (Venmo Business, includes fee)
Balance due at pickup, with tax and fees applied to the full purchase price:
- Cash/Zelle: $1,610= $1,500 + NE tax ($110)
- Venmo Business: $1,641= $1,500 + NE tax ($110) + Venmo fee ($31)
